Our SmartRoc T40’s have been fitted out with silenced kits to minimise noise pollution. This results in a reduction from 131 to 114dBA, providing a ready-made solution for projects operating with adjacent communities or sensitive amenities.

Epiroc SmartRoc T45 Silenced

A custom world first, the T40 Silenced front end has been strategically re-engineered and bolted to a T45 wide track frame. The additional power in combustion, compressor and hydraulics has increased the rigs efficiency allowing greater scope for deployment.

Epiroc SmartRoc T45 - LM

T45 with a longer 6m mast requires fewer rod changes and ideal for 6.0m benches with the single pass of this lead rod. The LM (Long Mast) is fitted with a powerful 3060 Rock drill.

Pit Viper PV231 rigs are fitted with low pressure 1900 CFM/ 110 PSI air ends.. Epiroc PV316-LP

At 167 Ton The Pit Viper 316 is the largest in our fleet, it takes everything that makes the Pit Viper series stand out and makes it even better. The large, ergonomic cab offers excellent visibility and operator comfort — it’s like getting an upgrade to first class on your flight. With a (50 tons) bit load capacity and Epiroc’s Rig Control System (RCS) standard, the Pit Viper 316 can add unsurpassed productivity to your mining operations.

The Pit Viper 316 is one of the most efficient tricone drills available for drilling 229 mm to 311 mm holes. The live tower is capable of clean hole single-pass drilling to depths of up to 14.3 m (47 ft) with bit changing above deck, or multi-pass drilling to a total depth of 90.5 m using a 5-rod carousel with 15.2 m rods.

The Pit Viper 316 offers reliable, customer-preferred features from previous rigs in the Pit Viper series, including the hydraulic top-head drive rotary head, the automatically tensioned hydraulic cable feed system, and hydraulic-powered breakout tools.

The DML series of drill has proven itself for over 20 years and they are still very sort after drills.

Sandvik DK40 KS HP

Our Sandvik DK40 rig is a reliable veteran of our fleet, Specifically designed to production drilling to a depth of 53 meters in both rotary and down the hole hammer applications utilizing its Sullair high pressure air end. The DK series of drills have been around since the late 70’s and are still extremely sort after today.

Epiroc L6C

The proven production work horse in underground Production long-hole drilling rig with top hammer 4050 Rockdrill. The Rig Control System (RCS) provides efficient and high precision long hole drilling, and also ensures an ergonomic working environment and longer consumable life. Ring drilling with parallel holes upwards/downwards up to 3.0m apart. Hole diameter 51m to 115mm and reamers as large as 178mm.

Epiroc M2D Jumbo

The development drill of choice, our Epiroc M2D Jumbo is a robust face drilling rig for tunneling and mining applications with a coverage area up to 65m2.
